TIP:
Clench your fist as hard as you can with your balis in your hand for 5-10 seconds, after that put your hands together and stretch your fingers, shake your hands, relax your hands for 30-60 seconds.
I`ve been trying to film a doubles routine for a 2 days, today I did this clench-stretch-shake-relax thing and immediately after this I landed the doubles routine. It was like I entered godmode, my hands felt fresh and dexterous.
