save the picture to your desktop ... go to your admin panel or ACP ... once you get there click the display tab scroll down under avatars on the far left you will see te link for smileys click that then upload the picture from your desktop ... type in code for it then type in what type of emotion it is then save it in the folder for smileys 1 and poof your done ^_^ hope that helps
